Changing your mind
If something is not right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery as long as it is unused and still in its original, sealed packaging. We will exchange it or refund you — your choice.
What we cannot take back
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, used fragrance, or hair that has been worn, washed, cut or coloured. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including the delivery you paid, and we cover the return courier.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp on 079 615 7182 or email hello@scentsbymfundo.co.za with your order number and what you would like to do.
- We confirm the return and tell you where to send it.
- Post or courier the item back to us in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once the item reaches us and we have checked it, your refund goes back to the payment method you used within 5 working days. Return courier costs are for your account unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
This policy sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Protection Act — it does not replace them.
