What we collect
When you order from us we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, plus the details of what you bought. Our website also collects basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled on our payment provider’s own secure systems.
Why we collect it
- To process your order, take payment and deliver it to you.
- To contact you about your order.
- To send you news about new stock and specials — only if you have asked us to.
- To spot and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
Only the parties who need it to get your order to you: our courier, our payment provider, and the services that host and run this website. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as South African tax and consumer protection law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@scentsbymfundo.co.za and we will action it.
