Prices and payment

All prices are in South African rand. Prices and availability can change without notice. Your order is only confirmed once payment has cleared; if an item sells out before then we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Products

We do everything we can to show products accurately, but screens differ and packaging changes from time to time, so colours and packaging may vary slightly from the photographs.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates given to us by our courier partners. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always help you follow up on a late parcel.

Returns

Our returns terms are set out on the Returns & refunds page and form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
