1. Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship outside the country at the moment. You choose the delivery method at checkout, and the cost is shown to you before you pay.

2. What it costs and how long it takes

Delivery times run in working days from the day your payment clears, not from the day you place the order. They exclude weekends and public holidays, and they are estimates given to us by our delivery partners.

3. Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are usually packed and handed over the same day. Orders placed after that, or over a weekend or public holiday, are packed on the next working day. Orders paid by EFT are packed once the payment reflects.

4. Tracking

As soon as your parcel is collected we send you a tracking reference by email and on WhatsApp — a Paxi waybill, a Pudo reference, or a courier waybill number, depending on what you chose. Pudo also sends you a PIN to open the locker door.

5. Delivery addresses

Please check the address you enter at checkout. We deliver to the address given, and a parcel sent to an incorrect address that has to be re-sent is charged again. If you spot a mistake, message us immediately — we can usually fix it before the parcel leaves.

Couriers deliver during business hours and need someone to receive the parcel. If nobody is there, the courier reattempts or leaves the parcel at a depot for collection.

6. Uncollected parcels

Paxi and Pudo hold a parcel for a limited period — generally 14 days for Paxi and 3 days for a Pudo locker — after which it is returned to us. If that happens we contact you, and you can either pay the delivery charge again to have it resent, or take a refund of the goods less the original delivery cost.

7. Damaged or missing parcels

Check your parcel when you receive it. If it arrives damaged, photograph it before opening it fully and send us the photograph on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We replace or refund the item and deal with the courier ourselves.

If tracking shows no movement for more than three working days past the estimate, message us and we will lodge a query with the carrier and keep you posted until it is resolved.

8. Collection

Collection from Berea, Durban is free. Choose it at checkout and we message you the address and a collection time. Please bring your order number and your ID.
