How we deliver
We deliver anywhere in South Africa, and you pick the method that suits you at checkout — Paxi through a PEP store, a Pudo locker, or a courier straight to your door. We do not ship outside the country at the moment.
Cost and timing
- Paxi via PEP — R60. Collected from your nearest PEP store, 7–9 working days after payment clears. The cheapest way to get a parcel.
- Paxi via PEP, express — R110. Same PEP collection, 3–5 working days.
- Pudo locker — R90. Delivered to a Pudo locker near you, 2–3 working days. You get a PIN to open the door.
- Courier to your door — R120. Handed to you at the address you give us, 2–3 working days.
- Collection in Berea, Durban — free. Choose it at checkout and we will message you the address and a collection time.
Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day usually go out the same day. Orders placed over a weekend or a public holiday are packed on the next working day.
Tracking
You will get a tracking or waybill number by email and on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is collected — a Paxi or Pudo reference, or a courier waybill, depending on what you chose.
If something goes wrong
Couriers and collection points occasionally run late, especially over month-end and holidays. If your parcel has not arrived when it should have, message us on WhatsApp or call 079 615 7182 and we will chase it up for you.
